Yes. Apex owns its own equipment and also does finish work, so one crew can clear and grade a lot, handle drainage and the driveway, and complete interior or exterior renovations, so you have one point of contact instead of three.
Do you fix standing water and install French drains?
Yes. We figure out where the water is coming from and where it wants to go, then fix it with regrading, French drains, swales or underground drainage pipe so water moves away from your home, driveway or building.
Can I see what the finished project will look like before work begins?
On many projects, yes. Apex can prepare a photo-realistic design rendering from a photo of your property, so you can see the proposed finish, colors and materials before you commit.

Do you work with investors, landlords and property managers?
