About Apex
From the ground up.
Built to last.
Apex Renovations & Contracting is a Cornelius, North Carolina construction company providing excavation, sitework and renovation services throughout the greater Charlotte area.
Our story
Most projects need more than one trade. A drainage fix ends with regrading and new lawn; a renovation starts with a gravel pad for the dumpster. Apex does both, so you're not stuck coordinating an excavator guy, a carpenter and a painter who've never met.
We run our own Bobcat E40 and dump trailer, so dirt work happens when we say it will, not when a sub can fit you in. The same company then comes back for the floors, walls, trim and paint. Recent jobs include filling in an old in-ground pool and turning it back into lawn, and rebuilding the front office of a busy auto service shop.
Our customers are homeowners, landlords, investors, property managers and business owners around Lake Norman and north Charlotte. No job is too small to ask about: a single French drain, one stubborn stump, or a full office remodel.
How we work
The standards behind every Apex project.
Straightforward work,
done properly.
Understand the need
Every job starts by listening: what's wrong, what you want and what the property will allow.
Develop a practical plan
A clear scope, realistic schedule and honest price, with options when there's more than one good answer.
Communicate clearly
You'll always know what's happening next. We stay in touch until the job is done.
Finish with care
Attention to detail on the last day, the same as the first, then a walkthrough with you.
Own the equipment
Our Bobcat E40 and dump trailer mean site work runs on our schedule, not a subcontractor's.
Put our name on it
Every job is a reference for the next one, so we would rather take an extra day and get it right.
